About Franciscan MyChart

Franciscan MyChart puts you in charge
One of the many benefits of Harrison Medical Center’s affiliation with Franciscan Health System is the transition of Harrison’s electronic medical record system to a new one called OneCare Epic.

Part of that system is a service for patients known as MyChart.

MyChart is your tool to access your electronic medical record 24/7 and reach out to your Franciscan healthcare team when and where it’s convenient for you—using your computer, tablet, or smartphone.

With MyChart, you can:

  • view your medical chart, including summaries of your medical visits
  • review your current medications
  • securely send medical questions to your primary care provider
  • request prescription refills from your primary care provider
  • view normal test results (your provider will call about abnormal results)
  • check scheduled appointments
  • pay bills

MyChart also helps you keep track of your entire family’s health records, appointments, and more. If your children are under age 18, you can add their accounts to yours for easy management. Adults who care for their aging parents can also access their parents’ records with their permission.

Who can login to MyChart?
Franciscan Health System began using MyChart throughout its primary care clinics and hospitals in 2013. The system will launch at Harrison Medical Center and Harrison HealthPartners in mid-July 2014.

How to get started
In order for you to set up your MyChart account, you will need to get a password from your primary care clinic. Please ask the clinic front desk and they can provide you with your temporary password. We require you receive this password in person at your primary care clinic so we are able to verify your identity and protect the security of your health information.
